The Gervais Street Bridge Dinner will take place on October 9, 2022 from 4 pm to 8 pm. VIP guests will be able to enter at 3pm. The seated dinner will feature a three course meal served family style with cocktails, beer and wine.
The dinner entrances are on the Columbia and West Columbia sides of the bridge. Parking will be available in the State Museum lot and the West Columbia Riverfront Park. The bridge event is open and accessible to wheelchair bound guests with ADA compliant restrooms available. Golf carts will be circling both lots to transport guests in need of assistance to and from the dinner.
Check-in areas will be located at either end of the bridge.
Food will be served table side. Each menu will feature a tear off card to notify your server you would like the alternative meal option. The alternative meal is vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, nut free, and gluten free. Please notify us when purchasing tickets if you will be requesting this meal so we may have an accurate headcount.
Bar service will be provided in two locations, one at either end of the bridge. If you will be partaking in libations, please have a designated driver or take an Uber or Lyft service to ensure a safe evening.
To expedite entry, please bring only what you must. Clear bag policy will be in effect.
Ticket sales are final unless you test positive or show symptoms of COVID-19 within 10 days of the event. All refund requests are to be emailed to gsbd@carolinatogether.org no later than 12 hours prior to the dinner. Once refund is confirmed, you will be returned 80% of your single ticket purchase.
Should the event be cancelled for any reason including but not limited to, increase in COVID-19 cases in the area, inclement weather, or instances beyond our control, all ticket sales will be considered a charitable donation and distributed to the beneficiaries chosen prior to the event.
The Gervais Street Bridge Dinner is an adult-only event. All attendees must be over the age of 21.
