All items are non-refundable, all sales are final. Events are rain or shine. Ticket transfers must be completed by festival organizers! If you wish to transfer your purchased ticket, please reach out to events@free-times.com with your original confirmation email for assistance. Transfers must be requested at least 24 hours prior to event.

EVERYONE ATTENDING THIS EVENT IN ANY CAPACITY ASSUMES ALL THE FOREGOING RISKS.
CAUTION!!! PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS!!! Event involves the sale and service of alcoholic beverages. Participation in Event is voluntary. Participation in Event has inherent risks that may result in property damage, bodily injury or death. Participant assumes these risks by attending Event. Participant agrees to waive and release all possible claims and causes of action against Evening Post Industries, Inc. and its subsidiaries (“EPI”) arising out of Event, even if arising from the negligence of EPI. Participant covenants and promises not to sue EPI. Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless EPI against all claims and causes of action arising in whole or in part from participant’s acts or omissions at or arising out of Event. Participation in event certifies agreement to these terms. Event fee is refundable upon request at any time prior to Event if these terms are unacceptable to participant.
