Spend the evening with two of Columbia’s finest, Hendrix and The Gourmet Shop, indulging in the iconic pairing of oysters and bubbles as you sip, slurp, and savor your way through one of the most iconic pairings of all time: oysters + bubbles, oui!  

At the heart of this culinary adventure lies the meticulous sourcing of ingredients. Hendrix Executive Chef Frank Bradley, known for his passion for collaboration with local farmers and artisans, has personally cultivated relationships with each oyster grower to procure the finest quality our state has to offer. With Andrew from Bird Island Oyster Company, the event's special guest and owner/operator, expect nothing short of perfection in every shell.

Alongside a delightful array of meticulously prepared oysters and accompaniments will be Champagne and cocktails curated by none other than Gabe King, Hendrix beverage director, professional sommelier, and master mixologist along with Bryan Della Volpe, The Gourmet Shop’s wine connoisseur and manager. Expect a symphony of flavors to dance on your palate, as Gabe artfully crafts French-inspired opening cocktails to set the tone for the night with Bryan on hand to expertly guide you through a meticulously curated selection of sparkling wines and Champagne, ensuring each sip perfectly complements the delectable dishes prepared by Hendrix Executive Chef Frank Bradley.
